Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
Welcome to AI Tech & Transit LLC, doing business as KeepShippin ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking services, or submitting payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
KeepShippin is a licensed auto transport broker. We arrange and coordinate vehicle shipping services between customers and independent, federally licensed motor carriers. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Open Transport
- Enclosed Transport
- Expedited Transport
- Dealer-to-Dealer Transport
- Inoperable Vehicle Transport
The Company acts solely as a broker. Actual transportation is performed by the assigned carrier. We do not own or operate the transport vehicles.
2. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are estimates based on current carrier market rates, distance, vehicle type, and transport type at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change due to carrier market fluctuations, fuel costs, or route availability. We will notify you of any material price change before processing payment.
- Quotes are not guaranteed until a carrier has been assigned and payment is authorized.
3. Payments & Authorization
- Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net and PayPal.
- At checkout, you will be presented with an electronic payment authorization. By checking the authorization box and submitting your order, you provide your electronic signature authorizing the Company to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount. This electronic authorization carries the same legal effect as a written signature.
- Your payment method is authorized (not charged) at the time of booking. The charge is processed only when a carrier has been assigned and confirmed for your shipment.
- For cash discount orders, 20% is charged by card at carrier assignment; the remaining balance is due to the carrier in cash (exact change) upon delivery.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@keepshippin.co.
- If no carrier has been dispatched, your order may be cancelled at no charge and any authorized hold will be released.
- If a carrier has already been assigned and dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover carrier coordination costs.
- Once a vehicle has been picked up, cancellation is not available.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If a carrier cannot be found for your route and the order is voided, any charged amount will be refunded in full.
- Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 business days via the original payment method.
- Service fees are non-refundable once a carrier has been dispatched and services have commenced.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
- By completing the electronic payment authorization at checkout, you agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with the Company before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.
- All refund and billing requests must be submitted directly to info@keepshippin.co.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and referral to a collections agency.
7. Carrier Assignment & Dispatch
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to assign a qualified carrier within the requested timeframe. Carrier assignment is subject to availability on your route.
- Pickup and delivery dates are estimates. The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, carrier availability, or other factors outside our control.
- You will be notified when a carrier is assigned, including the carrier's name, DOT number, and contact information.
8. Insurance & Liability
- All carriers in our network are required to carry cargo insurance as mandated by federal law (FMCSA regulations).
- The Company acts solely as a broker and is not liable for damage, loss, or delays that occur during transport. Claims for damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
- We strongly recommend inspecting your vehicle thoroughly at both pickup and delivery and noting any pre-existing or new damage on the Bill of Lading before signing.
- Signing a Bill of Lading without noting damage may limit your ability to file a damage claim with the carrier.
- Customers with high-value vehicles are encouraged to obtain supplemental transport insurance.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle details (year, make, model, condition), pickup and delivery addresses, and contact information.
- Ensure the vehicle is in the condition described at time of booking. Inoperable vehicles must be disclosed prior to booking.
- Be available at pickup and delivery, or designate an authorized representative who can sign the Bill of Lading on your behalf.
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. The Company and carriers are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during transport.
- Ensure the vehicle has no more than a quarter tank of fuel at pickup.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
