Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AI Tech & Transit, doing business as KeepShippin ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, booking services, or submitting payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We arrange and coordinate auto transport services, including but not limited to:

• Open Transport
• Enclosed Transport
• Dealer Transport

We act as a licensed broker to connect customers with qualified motor carriers.

2. Payments

• Customers may pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, ACH, Zelle, or other approved methods.
• Customers must sign a Credit Card Authorization Form prior to payment processing.
• By signing, the customer authorizes the Company to process the payment for the agreed transport services.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days via the original payment method.
• Service fees may be non-refundable if services have already commenced.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

• By signing the Credit Card Authorization Form, the customer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with their bank or card issuer.
• All refund requests must be submitted directly to the Company.
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection actions.

5. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or form).
• If a driver has already been dispatched or services have begun, cancellation fees may apply.

6. Liability

• The Company acts solely as a broker to arrange transportation with licensed motor carriers.
• The Company is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during transport, as the transportation is performed by the carrier.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle details, pickup/delivery addresses, and contact information.
• Ensure vehicle is operable unless otherwise noted.
• Be available at pickup/delivery or designate an authorized representative.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
